Our Opening and Your Responsibilities This position at Mettler Toledo is responsible for the development and delivery of 'Best in Class' Service Agreement offerings. Provide leadership and guidance to the team to improve and streamline processes and grow the business. This position reports into the Service Business Development Leader and is based in Lutz, FL. Also within this role, you will: Recruit, develop and lead a strong functional team. Provides leadership by managing in a clear and open style Responsible for creating a clear  leadership direction in the area of Contract Operations Ensures customer satisfaction and retention Establishes and monitors operational performance measures and drives improvements in each assigned process Grow Service Agreement renewal revenue and ensure timely and accurate quotes are provided for new opportunities. Directs operations to ensure that annual expenses are managed within budget guidelines and performance goals. Promote and monitor careful and reasonable cost awareness; ensure that resources are used efficiently at all times. Interact with field service management teams about issues affecting the business' results in a manner that promotes cooperation and facilitates quick, effective problem resolution with service operations leadership team and contributes to and improves strategic planning to ensure sustainable results. Ensure 'Soft Skills' training for team to make most interactions a positive experience for the customers of Mettler Toledo. Keeps on top of a very large and diverse set of activities, is able to identify and to solve problems quickly Other duties and tasks as assigned. What You Need to Succeed 4 Year degree - technical or commercial/Financial A minimum of 5 years of experience in line leadership Proven ability to direct others in a multitasking environment Proficient in CRM systems and Windows Office package, especially Excel. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
