Enter Work Orders and Purchase Orders per Project Manager's request Send out the WO and POs via Docusign Enter Pay Applications per the Project Manager's request Complete Credit Application Search for Bids Create new jobs in Foundation Create invoices per Project Manager's request Order supplies per Project Manager's request Call in and set up locates and LPs per Project Manager's request Set up Porta Johns for Jobs Handle Water Meter Log/Payments Qualifications - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word,excel,etc.
) and utilizing Teams & Zoom - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast paced environment Please note that only qualified candidates will be contacted for further consideration.
