Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand - Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas - Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition - Stock supplies such as food or utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad - Sweep - Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas - Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment - Culinary:
Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation - Hotel:
Familiarity with hotel kitchen operations and cleanliness standards - Food preparation:
Ability to assist with basic food preparation tasks under the guidance of a cook or chef - Banquet:
Experience working in banquet settings and assisting with event setup and breakdown Note:
