The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing administrative operations within our construction office, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and seamless communication.
The Construction Office Manager will work closely with project teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to maintain a well-functioning office environment.
Ideal candidate must have work experience in related fields below and must hold a CPA.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Oversight:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and document organization.
Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and other logistical needs.
Project Support:
Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of administrative requirements for construction projects.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of project documentation, contracts, and proposals.
Maintain accurate project records and update project databases.
Communication and Coordination:
Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate effective communication between construction teams, subcontractors, and office staff.
Financial Management:
Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking for office operations.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and financial transactions in collaboration with the finance department.
