Watermelon Swim Watermelon Swim is seeking Customer Service Representatives who exhibit passion, enthusiasm, friendliness and who are at least 18 years old.
To succeed you need to be outgoing, organized, dependable, focused, energetic, and have a clear sense of fun! If this is you, we would love to meet you! Additional qualifications required:
we only consider applicants that clearly meet 100% of the qualifications.
Inside sales and customer service skills Excellent communication skills enabling you to easily build relationships, assess customer needs, and recommend the best services.
Exceptional phone skills Knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Keyboarding Ability to work in fast paced environment.
Bilingual candidates preferred.
What you will be doing:
As a CSR, you will be the face and voice of Watermelon Swim and will speak to parents and caregivers in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
You will interact with parents/caregivers, answer questions, enroll new and repeat swimmers, and promote/sell our swim program.
Watermelon Swim's Mission is to grow a community full of safer swimmers and reduce the risks while increasing confidence in and around water.
Watermelon Swim participates in the E-Verify program.
