This person will reconcile the bank statement daily, apply funding to car deals, reconcile monthly reserve, bank, & floorplan statements, and more.
Other general accounting responsibilities are also expected to be assigned while maintaining deadlines.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated with the ability to work equally well individually or in a team setting.
We are looking for someone with a good work ethic who is ready to take on daily challenges and is also willing to learn new processes.
Responsibilities:
Daily Post daily Bank Statements Pay off Floorplan Send out Daily email of Outstanding items.
Check accounts after posting to verify items cleared.
Knowledge of all Schedules Nothing on Cash in Bank over 30 days unless noted.
Nothing on A/R over 60 days unless noted.
Weekly Process Unclaimed Property Aged AR Reports 8300 Reporting Monthly Book floorplan interest Run A/R Statements Check Cash Clearing for Balance Floorplan Reconciliation Bank Reconciliation Reserve Statements Requirements:
Preferred experience in high volume fast paced work environment Knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds preferred Proficiency in Excel Experience with Multi-Company Environment.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
