The staff follows a work model designed too meet the individualized needs and goals for each youth in our care.
The staff is responsible for maintaining safety and welfare of the youth while providing structured care in a home-like environment.
The staff will monitor and observe the youth emotional, physical, and mental state and report appropriately.
Must have an active CPR/First Aid card, High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year verifiable experience working with youth' ' Benefit Conditions:
