Job Requirements:
The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that they can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.
At least two years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role is required.
Hospitality or property management experience is strongly preferred.
The ability to multitask and manage time effectively while adhering to certain deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and vendors.
Previous experience leading a team or others is preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
