Office Assistant

You'll be responsible for helping with various tasks for our small business such as responding to client calls and scheduling intake appointments in a friendly and timely manner (24 to 48 hours), implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling meetings and appointments for the therapists, planning and organizing company events, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums.
Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service.
We are a small therapy practice with three clinicians.

Responsibilities:
Work to create marketing opportunities and plan events for our customer base in the community to improve company reputation and visibility Oversee online and print marketing efforts Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities Coordinate any company parties, necessary appointments, or travel Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates Buy materials for the office when necessary
Qualifications:
Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels Customer service experience in our industry is preferred Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized Positive attitude and having someone who takes initiative are strongly desired About Company Finding Hope Wellness Center is a group practice focused on helping children, teens, and families find the support they need to live flourishing lives.
